The "Terry Labonte Roam for A Home" ride that we have been a part of since inception 12 years ago.

The Corpus Christi Police Officers Association

We proudly support our officers through the associations many functions such as raffles, golf tournament, bar-b-ques, etc....

Buc Days

We have been involved for the last 14 years, but have negotiated to be the exclusive towing company of the Buc Days Illuminated Night Parade for the past 3 years. We are also involved in other Buc Day's events and support their scholarship program.

Corpus Christi Police Department

When the explosives were stolen from PD's secure facility, Apollo Towing & Semi Truck Heavy Wrecker in partnership with Citgo Refinery put up a $10K cash reward. The explosives were recovered within 72 hours of the reward being posted.

Corpus Christi Hooks

Apollo Towing & Semi Truck Heavy Wrecker has been the official towing company of the Hooks for the past 4 seasons and provides free tire changes, jump starts and tows from the ball park for Hooks fans, players and staff.

The York House

This is a halfway home for boys between the ages of 13 to 18 who are transitioning back to home. Apollo has supported these boys for 3 years now by providing jobs to help teach them work skills, responsibility and leadership. We also provide them special meals for Thanksgiving and Christmas, as well as, making sure each boy gets new clothes, shoes, grooming items, and other items for Christmas.

Shop With A Cop

We provide financial support to this program and have done so for the past several years. CCISD - We provide trucks and speakers to go to the schools, such as Yeager and Smith Elementary's "Trucking Into The Future" programs to talk with the kids about our industry.

Faith Based Services Coalition

Apollo wrote the first check for $5K to hire the pastor to lead this initiative. We were also involved in their first public outreach called "Decision House" back in October 2011, in partnership with then Police Chief Troy Riggs.

Mayor's Commendation

Apollo received a commendation from Mayor Adame December 2011 for our service to the CCFD and CCPD on the September 19, 2010's flood in the Las Colonia's neighborhood. Apollo responded to the flood victims in our military 6x6 and personal and was credited with pulling approximately 100 people to safety.

March of Dimes

Apollo has proudly supported the March of Dimes the past 2 years through their annual golf tournament and silent / live auctions.

Mayors Fitness Council

Apollo supports through equipment and personnel.

This is another faith-based group that we have provided monetary support, as well as signage through our sign company.

This event was just held here in Corpus Christi last week and Apollo provided equipment and personnel.

Apollo, in partnership with Kane's Beef Processors, does many charity cooking events; Las Colonia's flood victims, Bay Area Fellowship's "Father Palooza," Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Veterans and Memorial Day events, as well as many other worthwhile causes.
