I was greeted by Ray, a very respectful and well-informed person who walked me through the procedures and questions over my towing situation. He made sure everything was good to go and got me to my destination. He surely deserves the title of Tesla King, because of how well this tow company handles high-end vehicles. WOULD RECOMMEND ALWAYS. Best service 10/10

Very punctual. I requested 6am to 6:30am timeframe. My tower, OJ called 5:45am that he is on the way. He took pictures before and after loading the car. The only thing is he didn't get to bring a receipt but promised to send it.
